Prepaid rate with flex cancellation policy
Payment is required at the moment of the booking.
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: you can get full refund net of bank charges of € 20,00.
In case of cancellation between 29 days and 4 days prior arrival instead of refund you’ll get a voucher with the amount already paid you can use within 1 year.
In case of no show or late cancellation within 9 days no refund will be provided.
Tourism city tax has to be paid upon departure and it is not included in the rate.

In the event of cancellation or amendment:
- Up to 4 days prior to arrival (By 01:00 on 11/11/21): Booking Voucher with total amount of reservation to be spent within 1 year
- Cancellations or subsequent amendments: Penalty the total amount
In the event of non arrival (no-show): Penalty the total amount
