What is included in Besafe Rate

The reservation with Besafe Rate includes a travel insurance policy at no extra charges, healthcare, coverage for cancellations due to unexpected events, theft, legal assistance

From 1 June 2020 Besafe insurance will include Pandemics and Quarantine in its coverage!

Travel assistance and medical expenses
If guests need assistance due to COVID-19 during their stay they can take advantage of the included health care.

Trip cancellation
Reimbursement may also be requested in the following cases:
1) The guest, his family member or a travel companion copied by a pandemic;
2) Quarantine which entails the fiduciary or supervised isolation of the guest or a Travel Companion.

Note: in the event of a Pandemic or Quarantine, the reimbursement paid by the insurance company is equal to 85% of the prepaid amount (a 15% deductible applied on the prepaid total).
